PetsWoof™ ("PetsWoof.com") is an online Portal for pet care products and services. We connect "Service Providers" with "Pet Owners". We Provide secure payment solutions and a 24/7 customer support for all services booked through our site.
Signing up to "Become Service Provider" is simple and free! You create a free profile with information about your services, your place, and your experience in pet care. You set your own "set rates", control your schedule and decide Booking request acceptance. We connect you to Pet Owners to increase your business limits.
Pet Owners Send you the booking request,you can accept,reschedule and reject the requests as per your availability.

You can create your profile on www.petswoof.com/becomeserviceprovider.php, by filling up the form provided. We will get back to you with further additional requirements to set up your profile. The sign-up is free! Once you've completed your profile, our team will be alerted to review your listing. They'll call you or send an email to update you on the status of your profile and to let you know if they need any other information. Don't forget to follow all the steps to ensure that you have a great profile that attracts Pet Owners.

Our sign-up process walks you through every section that requires information about you and your services. You will be asked to write a detailed profile description, verify your email address ,mobile no, and upload some pictures of the interior and exterior of your service area.Once your profile has been approved,you will also be asked to upload your rates for the different services that you offer.

You will be asked for a Government approved photo ID proof and an address proof. You can include any of the following documents: Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID Card, PAN Card.

The payment settlement is done automatically to your personal bank account in one business day (Monday - Friday) after Service is complete.

We advise all our Pet service providers to be aware of any special needs/allergies of the pet as mentioned by the pet owners, and to ensure they are followed precisely to avoid any medical emergency for the pet. However, in case of any such emergency during the process, PetsWoof would try to ensure the earliest medical assistance for the pet from an authorized Vet.

Sign in to your PetsWoof account and manage and modify your listing using your dashboard.

Our dashboard and listing page allows you to enter Service details. You can also change the existing details at any time, however, any confirmed bookings made prior to this change need to honored at the earlier mentioned fee.

Once a customer makes a booking request for your service, you will be notified via email. You have 24 hours to accept or cancel that booking request. If confirmed, the customer will complete the payment process within 24 hours of your confirmation. PetsWoof will transfer the said amount less the agreed service fee before or after the customer uses your service.

You do not need to update your calendar with PetsWoof on a daily basis. PetsWoof will notify you of any booking request made and you have 24 hours to accept or cancel that booking basis service availability.

Browse through our list of verified Pet sitters in your city.Shortlist a few based on their listings - Facilities they provide, reviews and other details.Send reservation requests to the selected sitter detailing your travel dates, your dog's diet, routine and other relevant information..Once the sitter accepts your request, pay for the reservation on PetsWoof.

We believe that home pet sitting and personalized care is the best experience for pets. Our sitters give your pet individual attention and supervised socialization with a small pack of other pets! However, if your pup has behavioral issues, you'll want to convey this and any other specific needs to potential sitter in advance. Our sitters take in pets of all ages and breeds, and any specifications will be noted on their profile descriptions.

The amount of information we need depends on what you want to do on our site. If you are looking for a sitter, we ask that you share basic information about your pet (such as health and behavioral issues) so that our sitters have all the information they need to provide exceptional care.

Please note there is no one set cancellation policy for all Sitters and Pet Owners, which differs from the individual policies Sitters have set for boarding/sitting.

We understand that sometimes photos, verifications, reviews, and emails just aren't enough—sometimes you want to meet someone the old-fashioned way before leaving your pet with them. Not a problem! Choose the Sitter that suits your needs, and schedule a Meeting before droping your pet.

We advise all the Pet Owners to ensure that the sitter is aware of any special needs/allergies of the pet, to avoid any medical emergency for the pet. However, in case of any such unwanted emergency during the sitting process, PetsWoof will try to ensure the earliest medical assistance for your pet from an authorized Vet.

If you do not pick up the dog at the drop off time and date, you can be charged an additional amount based on the daily charges from the sitter at the time of picking up your dog.

This does happen. While we keep a close watch on service providers that do not reply and remove them from our database, there is little we can do to ensure that a service provider responds to your request. Do remember that the service providers are doing this for the love of dogs and they may have regular jobs or may be on vacation just like you.
We strongly recommend that you send requests to more than one service provider to increase your chances of finding the best service for your dog. Despite sending out multiple requests, if you still have not received a response, do get in touch with our Customer Support for assistance.

Yes, we have many clients who pre-schedule regular routine appointments in advance. That will ensure you are serviced regularly with no delays. We also offer a special rate with our Subscription Packages. We want to give you the service you deserve at your convenience.

We make sure that all the products used for grooming are of best quality. Every pet need is different, Therefore our groomers carry a variety of products, However if you need any special product for your Pet, you can request us. The special products are chargeable.

Yes, you can book your slot at the time of booking. Slot is subjected to your availability.

2. If already paid booking is cancelled, only 3% processing fee will be charged on the refund amount.We will invoice you for the charges.

We consider a hotel/resort pet friendly, if their policies allow your pet to accompany you during your stay at the hotel/resort. The facilities and amenities offered by each hotel/resort vary. You can access their detailed pet policy when you view the listing.

Each hotel/resort/homestay offers different Services.You can access the services offered by them when you view the listing.

Once you have submitted a booking request, within 24 hours the Hotel/Resort will either confirm or cancel the request on the basis room availability on the said dates via email. If confirmed, you will receive a link to the payments page via email, click on it to complete the payment, the link expires after 24 hours. Once the transaction is successful, you will receive a payment success and booking confirmation mail from PetsWoof.

You can login to your account and manage bookings from your dashboard. However, a modification / cancellation / refund will take place as per the hotel/resort's stated terms in this regard on their listing page.

The cancellation / refund policy varies from hotel to hotel.Please go through the stated refund / cancellation policy (on the listing page) for the hotel/resort that you are booking.

Training is the most important part of your dog’s life. A well trained dog is a confident and happier dog. Training helps to build a superb bond between you and your dog.

Being a pet owner, it is very important to know how your dog is learning. And it doesn’t matter if the sessions are indoors or outdoors. The owner’s active presence is compulsory. Also, there is no age limit. From young children to grandparents, everyone is welcome.

Yes, you can book your delivery slot at the time of booking order. Delivery slot is subjected to your availability.

Delivery usually takes maximum 24 hours, subject to your area pin code.

We are really sorry if you have received a damaged product. Please open the product and check it,if damaged,you can immediately return it to the delivery agent.

In rare occasions, few of the ordered products are unavailable. In such situations, we try to deliver the orders in parts. In such situations, you will be duly informed by our customer service executive.

PetsWoof doesn't charge anything.

We have no special tie-ups, relationship or consideration with vets in this regard as we want to be an independent unbiased site for pet owners. Through PetsWoof, your chances of booking an appointment are the same as using any other means.
